because you never know when the government is going to come in and take your beer. yes they will of course drink the beer themesleves. maybe give the beer to johnny senator jr (who cant be touched) just like the kings before them. my point is if you have never whiped the smile off anyones face (big country) then you shouldnt be pounded. but sometimes the gov lucks out, they must choose very wisely
