Someone filled me in, sent me the vid. Doesn't look like Booby was joking, maybe he's embarrassed and is now denying it. Bobby is an adult. Nothing illegal about an adult man seeking relations with an adult man-child. BUT! Considering JJ's status on the forum it does have the feel of a scout leader making moves on a boy scout.
