There are two realistic possibilities IMO:

1. Police trouble; or
2. Wife trouble.

Neither of which are unexpected the way he carries on.

If his phone is permanently off, that probably means option 1 and it has been seized.

Either way, Paco's been irrelevant on SBR for some time now. I wouldn't have even noticed without the two PT threads about it.
