I just bought one of these stupid things and in the fine print they say if you don't use it for 12 months, after that, they will charge you 2.00 a month even if you have a zero balance on the card. To activate it, you have to give them a whole slew of information too. This guys are crooks. It's not the two bucks but, what the **** is that? They are already charging a fee to load it up-front.
