Teabagging: Harmless prank or criminal offence?
I know of parents of a 16 yr old girl who was teabagged at a party. The pic circulated throughout the high school. Girl wasn't a happy camper, told parents. Parents are considering going to the police.

    What could the charges be?

      Criminal offense.

Lets just say, something very similar took place at a high school party I was at 4 or 5 years ago.

My understanding is during a party if you pass out when the party is still on, you get teabagged as punishment for being a woos. This happens to males and females. She was passed out, underage drinker I presume

Not sure of the exact chargers but the alleged kids who committed the crimes won't likely go to jail, but they will likely be required to register as sex offenders.

The thing is it's just a person's ballsack that's exposed. The dick isn't.

BTW, I don't believe the guy's balls were touching the girl's face. Close to it.

This happened during Oz Big Brother several years back (which lead to it being axed at the end of the season).

At someone point people have to be held responsible for being passed out drunk. If there was no contact, the person cant be changed. If i invite someone to my home and take a pic of them passed out drunk with my balls near thier face, no crime is commited. the person couldve left at anytime.

Teabagging is just being a good host.
