This isn't real it's a mind trick. If you look behind her a girl with black hair is also wearing a caveman style of bikini and thong. And judging by the wooden floors it's probably at a Hooters (where for some reason parents take their kids a lot to in some places). Which tells me it's probably something more PG and themed since more than one girl is dressed like that at a Hooters.
And then there is the giveaway......this chick is sticking out right hand with her arm sort of bent like she is ready to give the first kid a "high five".
Thus all the kids are actually sticking their hands out in anticipation of also receiving "high fives".
