How much does it cost for a power supply for a laptop

Just bought one last week for 700 bucks...Thought about just buying a new 800 dollar laptop, but decided to go with just a new battery.

Then WVgambler gave me 20 sbr points.

Yea I got quoted 1300 for one of those...In that case, I'd just take my SBR points and head into the SBR store to purchase a new laptop.

Excuse my first post, I thought you meant battery, so I tried helping, maybe that post will help someone else looking for information.

Check out walmart. My dell wouldn't charge anymore because something was wrong with the AC adapter I think. $70 for a new cord and block

yeh i think the ac adapter is fine, its the cord actually. It works if i turn, twist and all that stuff, if i do it right

Go to amazon batterys are like 25 dollars ac adaptor including cords are like 20.

So your first instinct was to ask on sbr, instead of doing a quick search on amazon to grab you a $20 adapter?

no adapter at wal mart under 85 bucks that will fit into the laptop

the only way you'll know which part is broken is to plug into mains and suck the end that you would usually put into the laptop.

failing that ebay $20 for the whole thing

I buy the things on ebay for $10 for my Dell.

I always buy 2-3 so I have some backups.
