basically affirmative action is saying you're too dumb to do it yourself. that's all it amounts to. Asians don't need affirmative action. they just simply roll up their sleeves and dominate. 'oh, I"m getting a free spot.. it's mine, I'll excel even more'. that's the Asian attitude. and they deliver

and w/ regards to Diddy... the status quo is saying, 'that's the behavior we accept from them b/c we hold others (namely whites) to a higher standard b/c they can comport themselves in such a civilized manner'. if the initial group could comport themselves in a civilized, dignified fashion we WOULD hold them to that standard and have that expectation... but we all know they can't.

and that's the real racism. it's the fact that these rules are made to lift them up, but in essence such rules are racist in their mere premise b/c they're saying, 'you can't live up to those standards' it is irony at in it's highest expression. and if u think about it, it's quite funny

So your level of intelligence was not a problem rather the color of your skin. Affirmative Action was put in place so EVERYONE had a chance @ certain job opportunites that were not viable options B4 du to the color of their skin.
