I'm really anal about noise, etc. that's the kind of thing that would really mess with me.

Noise. My next door neighbour had a backyard bash a couple summers ago, went on 'till 5:00 am, booming sound system that rattled my windows. Windows closed with air on but couldn't keep their noise out.

My revenge? I mowed the lawn at 5:30. I couldn't sleep because of them, now it was my turn to keep them up.

No cops. Other than the few wild bashes they held, they were good neighbours. Cleared the snow in my driveway a couple times. As for joining their party, far too rowdy for me. At my age, I can barely take being in nightclubs at 2:00 am with the blaring music. 20 yr olds hang there.
