Our society has become so materialistic and has bought into tyring to attain a wealth status outside of their means that it's an economic disaster. JJ wears sweat pants and feels good about himself. Capitalism has been around for a long time...what we're seeing is much more telling of a greater societal problem...a moral problem. Parents are failing their kids and are not teaching them important values. You can't leave up parenting to schools and other government institutions...the only institution worth a hill of beans is the family and community institutions.
