    Best Way To Get Cut?
    So I think I am in pretty good shape. I still workout about 3 times a week and eat fairly healthy. What's the best way to get a good six pack again. I see the abs there it's just covered by a lil fat and it's hard to get rid of that shit just by lifting weights pushups situps etc.... I remember when I ran track I was in the best shape ever. Should I do sprints? Maybe some stairs or run up a hill? Or is running a few miles a few days a week the best way?

      cut = less body fat.

      balance cal intake with cardio until you see it drop

            and yea at that point its more like 80% diet and 20% training when you really wanna get cut

            so if you wanna see abs its gonna be more of what you eat and not what you do in a workout

            you can workout until you are blue in the face but it only takes 5 mins to ingest more calories than you need in a day

                  Buy the Ab Master. Use it like an hour a day. Cut down on the beer and soda. Do P90X workout for like 1.5 hours a day. Then 1000 sit ups and run in place with high knee lifts to your chest for 2 minutes straight.

                  You will have a 6 pack chiseled in 4 days guaranteed.

                    can't get a six pack if u dont have six abs, and some don't and that is a fact.

                    But if u want to shed pounds you need to lower your carbs and do cardio on an empty stomach

                    You can't shed fat on your stomach without shedding fat on your whole body

                        Strength train then get your heart rate up to 75% max and keep it there for 30 minutes. Then stretch to improve recovery so you don't get burned out.

                          The low carbs are the most important part. Without carbs your body doesn't secrete insulin, and without insulin your body can't store any more fat. So go very low carb, then work out/do some cardio to get the fat that you already have off. Then, and only then, will you be able to look like me

                                      How "cut" you are or are not , is directly related to how much body fat your carrying. If you need to lose weight , one of the best ways to do so is interval training. Run/Sprint x 20-25 , stairs , row machine , boxing , basketball etc. Cardio training is very similar to strength training in terms of confusing your body to make gains. So pick up something outside your comfort zone.
                                      As for actual core/QB training , again switch it up. And remember your abs are fast twitch muscles , they respond to almost failure , weight and variety. Planks are great , decline sit up holding a ball or barbell over your chest , flutter kicks etc. One tip on planks. When your doing try and tuck your hips under a bit. Almost like a girl is on top of you and your trying to get just a little more inside her. Squeeze your ass and legs as well.
