So I think I am in pretty good shape. I still workout about 3 times a week and eat fairly healthy. What's the best way to get a good six pack again. I see the abs there it's just covered by a lil fat and it's hard to get rid of that shit just by lifting weights pushups situps etc.... I remember when I ran track I was in the best shape ever. Should I do sprints? Maybe some stairs or run up a hill? Or is running a few miles a few days a week the best way?
