I think it's a DC for people on social assistance. Food but there's also cash benefits on the card

It's a DC instead of 'paper stamps' for food...but now apparently you can get cash back....gas....all sorts of fun stuff on someone else's dime.

And the fact that the debit cards are made to not look like a welfare card is crazy...who cares if they are embarrassed...maybe it will be faster for them to get off and get their own if they had to be made aware of And now we also have to pay for a processor to process the card transactions etc....more waste....go America

Thats the irony of it. It's even on ATM machines now "use your EBT card here". Getting out of hand...I'm all for the SNAP and WIC programs for kids etc...but when you just get a free $$$ card and tell them have at it...earn points...and take out cash when you want.....goes too far.
