YES, breckenridge has DECRIMINALIZED (aka it's LEGAL) marijuana...I believe up to an ounce but it's is against the policy of the ski resorts to allow it in.
NO you don't have to get a medical card for Breckadult usage.
and NO you can't get a med card if you're a non-resident.
