Thomas Hartmann, 42, claims he simply lost his balance and fell into the woman, who he met at a bar in Manhattan. Nevermind the fact that the 37 year old victim needed a whopping 16 stitches to close the gash in her forehead. Hartmann has been sent to jail for 60 days.
