I see two outcomes

1) Fat people will just buy 2 normal sized bars to equal actually more than the king size....thus hurting them more.

2) To meet caloric standards....the chocolate maker will simply make the bar smaller and still charge the same price and call it 'less calories'

Me personally, I haven't eaten them in years but I do remember getting a bag of the Snickers smalls for Halloween and noticed 4 of the bars were actually empty sealed wrappers of air...boy would I have been pissed if I was a fatty wanting to munch on that whole bag
