Yea it definitely won't be easy. I know some banks have a certain amount of funds set aside just for small business loans that the government guarantees. I think those are all about applying at the right time so we'll see. Worth a shot though

It will discuss loan terms and loan types, section on how to write your business plan and what the requirements/qualifications are.
Unless you live somewhere pretty rural, I got to believe that within a 10 square mile of where you are right now there are at least 5 to 50 banks that would be interested in this loan if you qualify.
