3 ft white wall, looks like a lake. The 'sandy beach on the far side of the lake' is actually sun hitting the top of the wall. No lake or water of any kind in the pic.

It took me a couple minutes to find it when I saw this picture on Facebook. Except here the picture seems to be a little darker. I don't know if I would be able to see it if I didn't know where it already was.
