You Verizon Contract Gurus... I need your help

Now I would just go down to my local Verizon store and talk to them, but they are incompetent and my phone is broken so I can't call customer support right now. But here is my situation. Just signed a contract with them 2 months ago and got an android and I hate it. Not only that, but it is broken and I don't want a new one of it.

I want an Iphone 4s... just tired of androids and going back to what I am used to. Is there anyway to get the 2 year discount price? I don't really want to pay the $700 but will if its absolutely necessary.

If I transfer my girlfriend's $10 line onto my account will I be able to steal her upgrade? Are there any other tricks I'm not considering or that you guys have used in the past with ATT or Verizon?
