Embarrassing in general - yes

Embarrassing to have viral video on website? Not in your life. WSHH is a site I frequent more than I'd like to admit, admittedly I don't get my nails done, or frequent places like this - but who knows what kind of business this may generate.

I doubt it detracts business.

The customer made herself look like a fool. You are always going a small % of the public who are unreasonable to deal with. That's how I see the video.

Definitely not embarrassing for the store owner.

Years ago, when I was in college working a customer service phone position at a regional bank, I would have women like this from memphis bitching at me and calling me names on the phone because it was somehow MY fault that they forgot how much money was in their account and over drafted.

People like this aren't really even people, so that is how I look at it.
