What's the most amount of CASH you have ever found?

Living in Vegas, I find money all the time in casinos.

But the most cash I ever found was at the courthouse.

I got a reckless driving ticket reduced to a parking ticket, but I still had to pay the fine and go to a reckless driving class at the courthouse.

Upon entering the courthouse, you have to take off your shoes, empty your pockets and walk through the metal detector.

After passing through, I noticed a stack of cash sitting on the ground in a money clip.

I couldn't resist.

It was $480.

I found a roll of cash , literally a roll/tubular, wrapped with a rubber band in the crease of a seat at the old Horseshoe sportsbook in Vegas.

A few years ago I was at a casino and found a mens wedding band on the ground. I discussed it with my family and they told me to keep it because most likely it would end up in someones hands besides the actual owner.

I had it appraised for $6000...but it is worth more.

At OTB I looked down an saw a ticket 100 win 100 place on the 1 entry it was 9-2 it won walked out so I didnt even know who the ticket belong to I didnt care either if your dumb enough to drop it oh well. Went to another OTB and cashed out 875 CYA

tell yeah how sick I used to be. 70's at the racetrack, young and by no means flush. Hustling to the window to make a bet. See a wallet. Quick scan 14 100 doller bills. Goota get my bet in getting so i hand the wallet to security guard. later when I came to i realized the security guard probably handed the wallet to the guy empty. Any brains guy would've probably kicked me a couple hundred if I had had him paged. Fkn dumbass.

Over the years I swear I could write a book. Right about the same timeframe driving to track with wife. Basically poor. Bridge under construction. Traffic reduced to one side. All of a sudden money starts hitting the windshield. I can't pullover quickly as it's only 2 lanes. Get about 1/4 up the road and pullover. Run back to the spot dodging cars and trucks going 55+. Pick up about $400. Jump the barrier and head back to car and lo and behold I'm staring at a wallet. Swear the good guy and bad guy fought for what seemed like hours debating about picking it up. I did. had at least 15 CC's also. Another battle between good and evil. Well, I got to the track and called guy and returned the wallet. He gave me $50. We start talking and he tells me he's a worker on the bridge and the wallet was missing for like 10 days. Says he figured it would show up at some point.

Many years ago, this kid made color copies of $100 bills and took them to small convenience stores in china town. He would buy a pack of cigarettes with them and keep the change.

I used to smuggle weed from bc to the midwest back when I was young a dumb. I would get hockey bags full of weed throw them into a car a drive them across the country. I dropped one shipment off in Milwaukee and when I was waiting for the money the guy called me and said that I left 10k in the hockey bag. I didn't argue and took the extra payday.
