the heading on that article is completely wrong. says she eats chicken nuggets as a main meal, not always mcnuggets also supermarket brands and kfc.
and it says she eats "little else" but she contradicts that by saying she eats the nuggets with chips (fries) as the main meal and then eats other stuff.
