Hemorrhoid cream to cure the bags under my eyes?

So as you boys know I've been managing this bar down here in Costa Rica. I've been getting little to no sleep and it's starting to effect me. I woke up this morning looking like complete shit. I'm only 24. I can't be looking close to death. So I talked to this bird and she said to put Hemorrhoid cream under my eyes to take away the bags...What do you boys think?
