i completely agree with this statement but where are you that a decent house is 30k? detroit? I live in CA and a decent home is 150-200k( and this is with market depreciation 40-60%). I thought arizona and new mexico was dirt cheap but home there are still 70-90k. I really need to move if i can get a house for 30k in a decent city that i wont get robbed every time i leave my house.
