Theory is every 188-189 days, the Earth tips its axis a few inches and coincidentally a big earthquake occurs.
According to the video, between March 21st and 22nd, somewhere on the planet, we will receive another earthquake.
It's kind of a wacky video.
Just noticed that their seems to be a bunch of these different sources talking about the 188 days.
