That has to be a negative factor for the Packers where the offensive coordinator Philbin's kid drown in a river at UW Oshkosh.Everyone in Minnesota ,Wisconsin and Iowa knows of a kid that drown the same exact way.Coincidence or are these kids stalked by someone dubbed the smiley face killer?Ian Punnit that does weekend Coast to Coast out of the twin cities filling in for George Nourri is always on this topic.So is Gretta Van Sustren of FOX because she's from Wisconsin.She's a Packer fan too.Supposedly where they find the drowned corpses there is always a smiley face near by carved in snow or maybe an old Wal Mart smiley bag in a tree.

In the past 25 years there have been over 200 drownings of males between 16-30 in the NE/Northern states as well as near the Canadian border. About 40 have had a smiley face somewhere within the proximity. However, some of the smiley faces have been over a mile away thereby doubting the credibility.
