Facing up to 2 yrs realistically. 1 yr more likely. I got a lawyer with a great record who's apearing on CNN. Says he can beat my case. OUI; Negligent Driving; Resisting Arrest. Know, I ain't worried about the dumba** DA looking here so shut up. I got police misconduct case. My lawyer has a 40-2 record in OUI cases. Not the charge that would lock me up though based on my record though. I'm beating it.
