    Lost 20 pounds last 3 days
    only thing i did different?

    I ate red meat for breaksfast, no carbs instead of cereal. Usually eat a full bowl and after i eating starving to death so eat another bowl
    I knew i was a carb addict but wow


    Damn mom just bought 3 boxes of frosted flakes. ****. Said if i snuck into
    the ground beef or steak again,she's gonna rip my head off

    I have to buy my own i guess and donate the box of cereal

    Ten bucks says i eat all 3 boxes within a week

            carbs cause more weight gain then anything. I still think its funny that people think fat is bad for you and that fat turns to fat. Just not true. Probaly 80 percent of my calories are carb.

                      The only way to lose 20 pounds in 3 days if it is mostly water weight which will inevitably return once that person rehydrates or if that person is also exercising all day for those three days.

                          Obviously you didnt read what i said. If this dude is like 400lbs... he could lose 20lbs on the scale in three days. I didnt say whether it was actual body fat or not.

                              My body goes into starvation mode and stores fat. Just does. Can't eat a gram of carb

                                Well if we are considering dehydration losing pounds on a scale then sure but that is also possible for a fit person to do too. There are fighters that cut that much weight before fights.

                                If we are talking about losing mass then if hypothetically he was 400 pounds and was not cutting weight he would need to put himself into a caloric deficit of 70,000 in those three days meaning about 23,333 calories per day need to be lost. If lets say he is a 6 foot tall, 25 year old 400 pound sedentary individual he would be consuming about 4358 calories per day. Therefore he would have to eat nothing and be burning a crap load of calories to get into a deficit like that. In addition his body would go into starvation mode and his metabolism would slow down.
