Nicky didn't run all the way around the track because he didn't want the camera out of his sight.....but he did storm past that french chick. That was impressive. He looked like the roadrunner.

bmw, you were my inspiration today when you told me to go jog.. i should have mentioned you in vid, sorry. btw,i wanna ask you a question.. i would ask you or buzzer, but he's not here. but you will do.. it's been 3 days now bmw, i am high on caffeine pills and all, and i am not eating at all. i have zero appetite. i haven't eaten in 3 days.. only 2 meals in 3 days.. is this normal? if i keep this up, i will lose weight too fast.. and i dont want this.. does caffeine make you not eat? i've never done this before, and i dont want to get sick..

consumed a bunch of calories so your gonna crash. mornings oatmeal is great, buy some fruit, me I like to season chicken with some mixed vegetables with a small baked potato for dinner. Just small steps, weight will fall off you very fast I know it.

Nicky you are the man.

You are the only one at SBR with enough balls to sprint a 400, without any practice, film it, and put it on youtube for the word to see.

I thought for awhile that JJ was SBR's best athlete, but that is not the case.

His mickey mouse shadow boxing in the office is no match for your track prowess.

I do give credit where credit is due. JJ does have be best boxing skills SBR has ever seen - but as far as raw athletic ability, and have the balls to share it with the world....you my friend are the king of SBR.

thanks sharky. but you are right... if i sprinted like this everyday for 1 month, i'd then in 1 month be running in the streets 6 miles at a time.. it's all about practice.. (but there's no chance in hell i'm going out there again to do that)

i swear, i slept at 430 am, and woke up at 8 am.. i haven't been up this early since 2001.. reason why i got up so early.. i am in fukkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkin pain.. my legs are sore as hell.. all my muscles are aching me all over. and i am still spinning from yesterday.. remember, i haven't ran like this since 1994.. i used muscles i haven't used in 14 yrs..

i can't explain to you the pain i am in right now.. big mistake yesterday. i tried to show off to you boys that i am the best athlete at sbr, and it backfired...and i am paying for it now.. never again...

and no coasting... i could easily have done 8 laps if i jogged and paced myself by coasting.. i want to see you sprint.. and i mean, sprint... like you would do in a 100 yd dash.. and then we'll see you grasping for air, while you are huffing and puffing..

I AM DEFINITELY NOT THE BEST CONDITIONED ATHLETE AT SBR.. maybe you will be, who knows.

but i am definitely the best athlete at sbr, sports wise.. i've got great hand eye coordination.. great hands... very athletic. very dominant in every sport i played.. especially hockey..

i am from east LA.. didn't you see the number of mexicans at the park. that woman that walked right behind me at the 1:59 mark is Rosalia Perez.. she is a very famous mother here in East LA.. she's from Mexico and has 7 kids running around all day. she is my next door neighbor..
