Does anyone here really brush their teeth 3 times a day?

I can only manage once right before bed. but my dentist already put a crown in my mouth and i have a few more cavaties. i cant keep this up or im going to lose more teeth. i also grind my teeth at night so i will soon need a mouthguard. does anyone REALLY brush during the day, like 3-4 times

i think about it a lot. but i drink a lot of coffee and i dont want my coffee to taste sour. im going to have to do it after every meal. what a loser i am

brushing 3-4 times a day is too much as it will likely do damage to your gums. Flossing is the big thing that people don't do but should. And as you get older, dental hygiene seems more important, IMO.

You also get cavities from a high acid diet just as much as from a lack of brushing. Cola/wine/citrus erode your enamel.

I brush about 4-5 times a day. Pretty much after whenever I eat. I've done it for so long now that it drives me nuts if I can't brush after eating. I carry a small folding toothbrush in my pocket, and brush them wherever.

Depends on your diet.

I aim for 2x instead of 3 because I only drink water throughout the day and don't eat anything like chocolate.

If you like Pepsi and chocolate, brush accordingly.

i brush once a day in the morning for like 5 minutes. any more than twice a day is stupid and those guys who do are probably the same fruitcakes that run to the doctor if they have a cough also.
