jj is on the right track when he says you need enforcers. These days, you need more than just a couple tough guys. You need a crew, a trustworthy group that always has your back. Included in this it's good to have a computer guy who can do shit online. You give out big loans, put a fukken gps tracking device on their vehicle. It's the little things that make the difference between being successful and belly up.

You, as the shark want to remain as unknown as possible. If they know who you are, where you live, what you do etc. you'll get fukked pretty quick. Think of it this way, you loan money to X, he can't pay, you threaten him, he has his cell phone on videotape and records your threats. Conversation ends, he goes straight to the cops, you're fukked. That's why you need to be known, yet you're a ghost. You have your crew and they do the work for you. They will own a good percentage of your business but keep you away from trouble.

It is also best that your crew doesn't know shit about you.
