Yeah, I know right? I used to love busting PT ghosts. Now it's obviously not the same and I much prefer to bust the thieving rats instead any way. But I still enjoy watching you guys do it. And there are still random times that someone will contact us about a possible ghost that they've busted in PT who actually does turn out to be a scammer but those aren't the ones that usually make for the fun threads since it's not like we publicly announce when people are caught. I often wish we did

No, I actually didn't confirm anything. I was referring to df saying that this thread was ridiculous and remembering how quite a few people would chase Walters around trying to sniff out who he was, if anyone, when he first joined. It's just a funny thread all around.

Did you read the thread yesterday? He's lied about everything, one post he lives in illinois, next in north carolina, one he lives in an upscale condo, one in a cheap apartment with his "GF". You're right: The forum definitely doesn't need the traffic of a few PT ghosts. I know most people won't believe me, but we actually don't let ghosts slide. What you guys consider ghosts are actually scenarios where someone has received permission to have one account disabled and to open a new one after providing a decent reason. The guys who try to operate multiple accounts simultaneously without our knowledge are tossed, as are those who were banned and try to sneak back in if we catch them. That's why you see the "jeffreycorbinsmom" kind of ghost only get to post a few times before one of us spots them and restricts them. Same goes for people who try to create multiple accounts to talk to themselves in their capping threads or to troll another poster.
