    you need to rest and recover, u gain muscle and strength on days of rest yet people to this day still don't understand and think they can recover in 1 day or train a different bodypart and living on genetics and supplements.

    1 set more then the exact amount required to see an increase is overtraining. No such thing as gaining extra muscle or extra strength

                    not me. screwed up my back and can hardly walk. has gotten better but starts to hurt if im carrying stuff. anyone know whats good for that? my insurance has a 3000 dollar deductible so f'that. anyone have home remedies? hot packs, ice packs?

                        Did somebody say planet fitness? Lol. Went there once. All machines. Heaviest dumbell was 65. Never went back. That's the perfect way to NOT get big.

                                      I just started getting back into lifting, mainly circuit training and what not. Lots of super sets, my gym is closed though.
