How a'you gonna cook your turkey this year?

I used to try all kinds of different shit, foil tents with out it touching the bird etc.

I'm going with one of those plastic cooking bags this year. Easy peasy.

Going to smoke a turkey this year. Probably go with pecan or apple wood chips.

We bought two turkeys, the second turkey will be fried.
