      Not when you eat it 5-6 times a day. Go ahead and try it. It keeps me full and the energy is insane. I don't have tuna every meal. I switch it up to other proteins, but I keep the oatmeal/green beans/apple.

          howbout this crazy weight loss method: burn more calories than you consume. People on these stupid fad diets are the ones who are just too lazy to exercise.

              There is no way I could eat a can of tuna... otherwise I'd try this out. Also eating 5 to 6 times a day is hard to do, consistently. This would definitely be a lifestyle change for me.

                  No supplements. I don't follow the tuna/oatmeal/green bean/apple diet exactly. Instead, I do protein/veggie/fruit with every meal, with mostly food that I buy at the local farmer's market.
