It's not filtered so yeah cigar smoke is worse. But also usually people don't smoke cigars nearly as often as cigarettes so it all depends on how often you do it

Just look at all the additional chemical shit they put into those worthless ripoff cigarettes, and you will see that they are much worse.
Especially cos it is far more addicting, i don't climb up the walls anymore when i don't smoke for several days with small cigars...
