Isnt odd how govt' spends billions of tax dollars to fight drug wars and it seems not working but actually drugs crimes are more prevalent nowadays. If you live during vietnam war people on that generations knew how corrupt military personnel back then and how they ship cocaine from Vietnam through dead bodies and eventually sell it around America.
