After the 4th attempt I got him via live chat. Must have been my lucky day. The guy has the personality of a horse shoe crab.
He can't follow up on matters if his life depended on it. I got sent gift cards that were never activated. He said he had to contact Wal Mart to straighten out the matter and he would contact me when it was resolved. Of course he doesn't.
Hopefully he gets 1/2 of normal wages because he does a 1/2 ass job.Comment -
