Trust me it is hard as **** to get on SSI, because of people like this prick, but still some of them get through. There isn't much you can do about it, there is going to be fraud in any government program.

Sure, I understand how a few people 'slip through' the system. But this guy got called out by an US Senator then was investigated by Social Security and was CLEARED to continue receiving his check.

That is the thing, once you get on SSI its almost impossible to get off of it. His doctors will just say his condition has not improved, and then S.C has no choice but to continue to give him it.

That really has no impact on SSIs decision, i don't even think S.C looks at the persons name, or S.C numbers when analyzing cases.

But it took me two years to get on SSI after all the f'd up shit i went through i got denied twice. Had to hire an attorney, which turned out to be a waste because once the judge saw my medical evidence he rules on an off the bench decision saying there was so much medical evidence there was no need for a court case.

The whole system is messed up, and back logged. You get your money back in 'back pay', but they don't give you it all at once. They give you 2k every 6 months in till you are paid off. Of course minus the 25 percent you pay to your attorney. So for me i have to pay my guy 2k for doing a 10 minute meeting with me.

But to change the whole system, that would require a vision and that is missing in American politics these days.
