These two are the most overrated cappers.

For me some of the best touts are toutbuster.com, navarasports, statsmansports to name a few from the top of my head. Winning touts don't get discussed in forums or in service play sections. Their clients return every year since they win, so they don't go on a marketing craze like all the other touts.

Toutbuster is really not a handicapper. He just handicaps other touts and comes up with the best fade/follow.
