Resume Cover Letters

It looks like I'm on the verge of being fired. Apparently employers do not like when you call in sick at least once a week. That said I have already created my resume but does anybody have any good cover letters. I have never had a good cover letter before and the ones I found on-line are not very good. I love you guys.
