Good for him. He probably made some mistakes in the past and has a criminal record. Perhaps he has chosen to leave crime in the past and the only job he can get now is at Mcdonalds. These women chose to hassle the wrong minimum wage employee and got what they deserved. It's sad that the man will get charged when he was struck first then was pursued. He then defended himself.

I love how some in this thread say the original victim should have handled this differently. What's he supposed to do when 1st gets verbally assaulted, hit, then 2 people jump the counter to try and attack him. Should be jail time for the 2 women (count their time in the hospital as jail time credit) and none for the cashier.

What next, if a 7-11 cashier shoots armed robbers, then jail time for the cashier now?
