Truth be told...the porn fluffer is more a myth than reality.
Sure, way way back during the "Golden Age", a few producers like the Mitchell Brothers employed them on set.
Mostly, if you see fluffers in a movie, it's all a choreographed setup playing off the classic porn myth of them (i.e., a gangbang flick or even movies with the name "fluffer" in them, like Porno Dan). Staged.
Less than 1% of porn movies in the history of Porndom had real fluffers on set; and, of course, since Viagra arrived in the 90's, no need for the (predominately) mythical creatures.Comment
