Lawmaker seeks to legalize MIDGET TOSSING in Florida

Florida State rep Mitch Workman introduced a bill today that would legalize the long time practice of dwarf throwing. He stated he is not an advocate of the sport but thinks it should be legalized to keep "big brother" from interfering with people's business. He also added that not only are they (midgets) at a disadvantage because of their physical conidtions, but the economy is also down and this could provide work for some people out there. This sport was brought to florida by an Australian carnival worker where it became highly popular in south Florida but was prohibited after the man's death in 1989.
