Yikes is indeed the word. That video was kind of hard to watch. They're expecting a pleasant interview because they know him as the fun guy who sings the Monday Night Football opening. But it's seems he's totally different in person. He just comes across as a douche bag. Arms folded across his chest, a tone that implies he knows more/better than everyone else, and on top of that he couldn't even explain his stance. He didn't give one decent explanation of why he feels the way he does. And "Come on, guys!" is a typical response of someone who doesn't know why they feel the way they do, but wants everyone else to agree.Comment -
Hyperbole can rarely be defended in totality, but when a leader with a bully pullpit and and an army behind him calls his enemies "sons of bitches", greedy leeches, and people that we need to "march against"--I can see how an uneducated hillbilly might think he heard that type of rhetoric before. Maybe it was in history class just before he finished 6th grade and left school for a successful career.Comment -
