Tech support question

I bought a factory refurbished laptop. Used Explorer for the first few days then downloaded Google Chrome and Chrome is just slightly blurry, it almost doesn't bother me but it grabs my attention every time I open a new page.
Explorer looks normal.


Any ideas on how to fix it?
