I had my carpets cleaned yesterday and they told me between 10-3. Well they showed up right at 3. I had my cable installed last week and they said 1-3 and they showed up at 3. I had my tv fix last week and he said 10-12 and he showed up at 12. It always seems when someone gives you a time between they always show up right at end? Is this common for everyone? Do they show up to the rich first or what?
