My girlfriends deaf brother has one. For being deaf he's a pretty high tech savy dude. He likes it, he chose it over the Ipad2, but I have no info on apps and shit.

one cool feature i saw was for some tv's you can use it as the remote control, might only be samsung tvs though not sure

gr8 phone my first smartphone theres a lot to do on there..im discovering new stuff everyday.

and yea u can use it as a remote control if yr not home u can set it to record a program too i think. its like a mini computer.

got one today and I fukking hate that you have to hit the unlock button then slide that home page thing out of the way.... anyone know how to get rid of that ?

I have the Galaxy S2 Skyrocket. I got my wife the iPhone 4s. Skyrocket kicks iPhone's ass. The fact that the Skyrocket is 4G is reason enough to dump the iPhone. The speed difference between 4G and 3G is ridiculous. Why someone would choose a slower speed when they don't have to is just plain dumb.

I have the Galaxy S2 as my personal phone. Love the thing to death.

I have a iPhone 4S (as a business phone), too, but hardly use it. I let my girlfriend play games and browse the web on it when she's bored.

Galaxy S2 is the winner of the two, in my opinion. Better hardware, better performance. Android feels so good.

Go into Settings > Location and Security > Change Screen Lock

You can disable it, use a pattern, a swipe, or a PIN. It's all good.
