It's a persuasive question to be answered guys. No trolling here.
I'm in school and I'm sitting next to a guy in his late 30's and he is asking me to help him study. So then I meet up with him and I then ask him why he is in Junior College at his age as I am curious about why some older people decide to go to a 2 year college and then transfer over to a 4 year college. The guy says that he just lost his job and that his neighbor has a daughter who just turned 21 and works as an HR for a tempt agency. In other words, she is a recruiter and helps degens find tempt to hire jobs. She never got a degree at a 2 year college. Only went to junior college to take a few elective classes that have nothing to do with being in the HR field. So the guy I'm studying with tells me if society is now picking up young kids off the streets with no degrees and no experience and find jobs that require degrees and experience.
I'm fascinated about this, so anyone have job that required(s) degree and experience but you ended up getting the job? By the way, if you wanna post your job title, that would be great. Anyways, hope to hear from you guys because I have always felt that some people out there do get lucky.
