3 things no house owned by a man should be without:

1.) a urinal in master bath.
2.) a game room for your gambling
3.) a nicely done backyard with a garden. Keeps your girl/wife busy and you can find Mexicans to keep it up for cheap.

Hardwood or a Laminate is the best choice... Depending on how clean you would keep that carpet... or have pets???? You made the best choice... don't regret it. Choose one room if you want carpet in it...

Ya I've seen these showers. I think is a must have. The lot backs on to a conservation area, so I'll pretty much have all the forest area I need.

all the stuff mentioned is pretty much a given, but if you have anything that is completely irreplaceable or just tend to keep a lot of cash around, have them build you 1, if not 2, hidden safe areas... i have one upstairs and downstairs...just ask the builder about it.
