Holy hell this game is so different. Last one I bought was NHL 10. It is 10x harder to score. I used to destroy people in 10...gotta feeling im gonna get my ass handed to me in this game the way ive been playin against the computer so far. 
Passing is way different cuz you gotta hold the trigger down now...gotta get used to that
also...is it even possible to score on a one-timer anymore? seems like the goalie pokes it away every time.
